Fund for Assistance to Private Education (FAPE) Grants

 

The Education Service Contracting (ESC) grant shall cover the four (4) years of secondary education from first year to graduation. They can start only at the Grade 7 level. No new grant shall be awarded at higher year levels.

 

Grantees from other ESC participating school that will transfer in will continue enjoying the grant.

 

Other policies and guidelines on the implementation to the Fund for Assistance to Private Education (FAPE) is referred to DepEd order no. 35, s.2012.

 

Elementary Academic Scholarship Grant

 

The Elementary Academic Scholarship grant shal cover the six(6) years of elementary education from grade                     one to grade six. The grant is given to a Kinder II learner who obtained the highest rank at MCS and has                             made his reservatoin for the following year. The grantee will pay the books and other applicable fees only.

                

The grant is deemed renewed for the next school year if the learner is promoted to the next grade level with                     the highest rank for his grade level and has made his reservation for the following year.

                

The grant is deemed terminated for any one of the following reasons:

                 

a. if the learner drops out for non-health reasons in the middle of the school year;

b. if the learner has not applied for an official leave and does not re-enroll for the following year;

c. if the learner failed to mainain the highest rank in a grade level or otheriwse not promoted to the next grade level;

d. if the learner is suspended by the school for disciplinary violations; or

e. if the learner transfers to another school.

       

High School Academic Scholarship Grant


The High School Academic Scholarship Grant shall cover the years of secondary education. The grant is given                   to a Grade 6 learner who obtained the highest rant at MCS and has made his reservation for the following                       year. The grantee will pay for the books and the other applicable fees only.

 

The grant is deemed renewed for the next school year if the learner is promoted to the next school year if the                 learner is promoted to the next year level with the highest rank for this grade level and has made his                                 reservation for the following year.

 

The grant is deemed terminated for any one of the following reasons:

a. If the student drops out for non-health reasons in the middle of the school year;
